Directions

Below is the easy steps on making Soy Butter Masala.

Step1

Soak the soy meat in hot water for 5 minutes, remove excess water and temper with the flavour pack until golden.

Step2

Blend the onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, chilli powder, sugar and salt to a paste, then add it to a heated pan with melted butter.

Step3

Stir over medium heat until thick.

Step4

Add the butter and soy meat to another pan with the flavour pack, cumin and coriander while stirring till brown.

Step5

Mix the sauce with the soya meat, add cream and stir.

Step6

6 Garnish with cashews and coriander, after it thickens
